Where are your perfumes made?

All our perfumes are produced locally in the Netherlands, nearby Amsterdam, in close collaboration with professional perfumers.
Are your perfumes eau de parfum or eau de toilette?

All our fragrances are eau de parfum, offering depth, character, and long-lasting performance (from 7 up to 9 hours, depending on your perfume of choice).
Are your fragrances unisex?

Yes. All The Scents of Amsterdam fragrances are genderless and designed to be worn by anyone.

Which product sizes are available?

Our eau de parfums are available in:

  • 8 ML (atomizer)
  • 30 ML (bottle)
  • 50 ML (bottle)

We also offer:

  • Fragrance sticks (50 ML & 100 ML)
  • Scented candles (one size)
What makes The Scents of Amsterdam perfumes unique?

Longevity depends on skin type and usage, but our eau de parfums typically last 7–9 hours.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. All our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.
How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, delivery times are dependent on FedEx and may vary by destination and external circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is in transit.
What if my package is delayed in delivery?

After dispatch, delivery is handled by FedEx. While we ensure timely shipment within 1–3 business days, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
Can I return an opened perfume?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page and include photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly.
