All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the Netherlands.
To ensure reliable and professional delivery, we work with FedEx as our shipping partner.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
During peak periods or special releases, processing times may vary slightly.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by FedEx.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and external circumstances and may vary by destination.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times once a package is in transit and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination and order size.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your shipment through FedEx.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@thescentsofamsterdam.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your order number. We will then provide return instructions.

Exceptions
For hygiene and health protection reasons, fragrances cannot be returned once opened or used, or if the original seal has been broken.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
