Shipping

We take the utmost care in processing and shipping orders. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer during the ordering process.

Orders are executed as quickly as possible and no later than within 30 days, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any stated delivery times are indicative. No rights can be derived from stated delivery periods.

If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled (in full), the consumer will be informed no later than 30 days after placing the order. In such cases, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge. Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with The Scents of Amsterdam until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a previously designated representative.

If an ordered product proves to be unavailable, we will make every effort to provide a replacement product.

In the event of replacement delivery:

• this will be clearly communicated;
• the right of withdrawal remains applicable;
• any return shipping costs will be borne by us.
