1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set.
2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.
3. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web environment. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify in a secure environment.
4. The entrepreneur may, within statutory limits, inform itself whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations. If, on the basis of this investigation, the entrepreneur has sound grounds not to enter into the agreement, it is entitled to refuse an order or attach special conditions to it, stating reasons.
5. The entrepreneur will send the following information with the product, in writing or in a way that can be stored by the consumer on a durable medium: the visiting address for complaints, the conditions and manner for exercising the right of withdrawal, information about warranties and after-sales service, and the requirements for terminating the agreement.
6. Every agreement is entered into under the suspensive condition of sufficient availability of the products in question.
